Regional depots in Benelux, the UK, Germany and Italy hold consumable and critical-spare inventory for Jeti, Anapurna and Oberon platforms. Standard logistics target: parts at the customer dock in 24-48 hours, subject to carrier conditions.

Worldwide spare-parts target

North American and APAC depots + authorised partners support a 72-hour worldwide target for standard spare-parts orders — customs and carrier conditions permitting. Critical-downtime escalation routes available on Production Care tiers.

Remote

Diagnostics hand-off

On supported Jeti and Oberon presses, remote diagnostics let our engineers inspect machine logs, pre-qualify a fault and ship the right part on the first attempt — before a field visit is dispatched.

Operator & Workflow Training

Every Jeti, Anapurna and Oberon commissioning includes an operator programme. Advanced Asanti and colour-management modules are available as scheduled cohorts or on-site workshops.

Press Operator (Foundation)

Hands-on operation of the press, substrate loading, LED UV cure safety, daily maintenance — delivered during commissioning.

Asanti Workflow Essentials

RIP configuration, job ticketing, colour aim selection and Pantone library management — typically 2 days for the pre-press lead.

Colour Management Advanced

Fogra PSO-aligned press profiling, G7 Master workflow preparation, and ΔE reporting discipline — for shops pursuing Idealliance G7 Master shop certification.

Annual Re-Certification

Operators re-certify annually on the current firmware, LED UV ink chemistry and safety updates — included in Production Care and Uptime tiers.
