Site Survey & Fit Assessment

Our applications specialist visits your shop (or runs a remote survey for smaller sites) to review substrates, volumes, finishing and the MIS / ERP stack. We leave behind a written fit memo, not a sales deck.

Configuration & Documented TCO

We return with a Jeti / Anapurna / Oberon configuration, a spec sheet, a ventilation and electrical requirements note, and a 5-year TCO model including ink, maintenance and operator assumptions — all editable before you quote.

Installation & Commissioning

Factory-trained field engineers deliver installation against a published checklist. Every press is commissioned against a Fogra PSO-aligned colour aim before we sign off — the commissioning report is yours to archive.

Operator Programme & Asanti Workflow

Your operators complete hands-on training on the machine and a separate Asanti workflow session covering RIP, colour management and job queuing. We re-certify operators annually on the current firmware and colour recipes.

Preventive Maintenance & Remote Diagnostics

Scheduled preventive maintenance, spare-parts stocking and remote diagnostic hooks (on supported models) keep the press aligned with its OEE target. Spare-parts SLA targets: 24-48 hours in the EU and 72 hours worldwide, subject to logistics conditions.
